I am currently a fourth year student at the University of California, San Diego, majoring in Interdisciplinary Computing and the Arts, with an emphasis on the visual arts. You will find a description of my major here.

employment
I am a data visualization intern at the San Diego Supercomputer Center (SDSC) where I create interactive visualizations to better track the Inca deployment among the supercomputers in the Teragrid and other grids around the United States. I also work part-time as a student docent and as a gallery assistant at the California Institute for Telecommunications and Information Technology (Calit2) where I assist with demos and tours through the Immersive Visualization Lab and the Nano3 Lab as well as help with setting up gallery installations.

I hope to find a career in user interface design or in interactive design, creating and developing solutions to design problems in websites, software, and electronics alike.
