My first post/update with my new design (finally done in Drupal like I said I would do). The learning process was incredibly tedious. It took me a while to realize that Drupal isn't exactly a design tool per se, but a CMS--which I also had to learn about before I could understand how Drupal works. In a nutshell, by using Drupal, my entire website's data gets organized through Drupal's core, and by using the really crappy UI which made up a bulk of the learning, I can maintain my website much easier than having to publish an individual page through Dreamweaver or something. The design part of this is still HTML and CSS. In my case, I just modified another theme to my own
liking. But I suppose if I really wanted to, I could layout things differently using a base theme like Zen. But I don't really want to.

I'm torn between whether or not to drop my Wordpress or to keep it and have a separate pages for blog and content. Most likely I will end up dropping the Wordpress-- as my webpage blog anyway. I'll still keep it for other uses, like my class right now.
